Who we are
BalaAstraTech is an AI automation studio run by Yuvraj Kodvara in Junagadh, Gujarat, India (Udyam registered). This policy covers this website and BalaAstraTech's WhatsApp Business line, including the apps we connect to it.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, project type, budget, timeline, and your message.
Bookings: if you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
WhatsApp: if you message or call our WhatsApp Business number, we receive your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message content and call audio through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
Your browser may store a display preference on your device. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, schedule calls and deliver agreed work.
WhatsApp calls and messages are processed by automated assistant software operated for BalaAstraTech. Speech is converted to text and back by Google Cloud, and replies are generated by Anthropic's Claude. This line is used for BalaAstraTech's own operations.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or send marketing messages without your consent.
Service providers
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), Google Cloud (speech services, email and storage), Anthropic (AI processing), Calendly (scheduling), and our website host. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Retention
Enquiries and project correspondence are kept while they are needed for the conversation or project, and for legal or accounting obligations. Call audio is not stored by us; call transcripts and summaries are kept for up to 12 months for follow-up, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing yuvraj@balaastratech.com. We respond within 30 days. This applies under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where relevant, GDPR and UK GDPR.
Data deletion
To delete data we hold about you, including WhatsApp conversation records, email yuvraj@balaastratech.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number or email you used. We confirm when it is done.
Security
Access to your data is limited to BalaAstraTech. Credentials are kept out of source code, and providers are chosen for their security practices. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as required by law.
